Frequently Asked Questions

1. When are time slots, blackout dates, and prices updated?

We refresh available time slots, blackout dates, and service prices every Sunday at 11:00 PM. This ensures you see the most accurate schedule and pricing for the week ahead. If a service price is not yet available, it will display as To be confirmed until finalized. Prices may still be adjusted based on specific service requirements.

2. Can I add my own custom time slots?

No. Time slots are pre-set for consistency. The available slots you can enable or disable in your Google Sheet are:

9:00 AM
10:30 AM
12:00 PM
1:30 PM
3:00 PM
4:30 PM
6:00 PM
7:30 PM

If you need to block off an entire day, you can use blackout dates (see “How blackout dates work” below).

3. When will my booking page be ready?

Usually within 2–4 days after you provide your details and approve the terms.

4. Can I change my selected time slots later?

Yes! After your initial setup, your booking page updates automatically every week based on the time slots you’ve selected in your Google Sheet.

5. What parts of my FunnelDeck Booking page can I customize?

You can personalize your booking page with your brand color, logo, optional storefront or team photo, field labels, and your own headline, tagline, and short description.

Optional photo tips:
If you’d like to include a photo (e.g. storefront, team, workspace), we recommend a landscape image around 500–700px wide. Avoid images with text or logos, as they may appear blurred or cropped.
Accepted formats: JPG or PNG

6. What if something unexpected comes up after a booking is confirmed?

Once a slot is booked, it’s reserved just for that client. If something unexpected comes up, simply reach out to them directly to reschedule or cancel—easy!

7. How far in advance can clients book?

This depends on your plan:

  • Lite Plan: Up to 3 days in advance
  • Pro Plan: Up to 14 days in advance
  • Pro Power Plan: Up to 30 days in advance

8. What happens if my plan becomes inactive?

You can still use FunnelDeck Booking, but with reduced limits:

  • Lite (Inactive): up to 3 bookings/month, 1 blackout date/year, 1 inquiry/month, future dates: up to 1 day ahead
  • Pro (Inactive): up to 5 bookings/month, 2 blackout dates/year, 2 inquiries/month, future dates: up to 1 day ahead
  • Pro Power (Inactive): up to 7 bookings/month, 3 blackout dates/year, 3 inquiries/month, future dates: up to 1 day ahead

9. How blackout dates work

To block full days (e.g., holidays, personal leave), just add the dates in your Google Sheet under the Blackout Dates column.

Use the format YYYY-MM-DD (year-month-day). Example:

These blackout dates will ensure no bookings can be made on those days.
